The Flexim PIOX R500-*C-S4 is the chemical design variant of the process refractometer sensor and offers a fully stainless-steel design. All wetted parts are 316 Ti (1.4571) grade steel with specialized FFKM gaskets. This makes it the ideal robust sensor for harsh chemical environments.
The R500 is ATEX and FM certified and available with long and short sensor heads for maximum flexibility in process integration, either by DIN or ANSI standard. For larger pipes and tanks the sensor can be directly mounted in a T-flange. In pipes 3 inches and smaller various flow cells are available offering connection via welding, screw connection or standard flange down to 3/8 inches.
